We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server Representative to join our Food and Beverage team at Hay Creek Hotels. As a Part-Time representative, you will work regular shifts including Morning/Lunch/Dinner/Late Nights on various days of the week.

About the Job

This is a tipped position that requires serving events according to Banquet Order Timing (BEO) and direction from the Banquet Captain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, tend to stationary hors d'oeuvres or perform passed hors d'oeuvre service to guests, clear meeting rooms, and assist the culinary team with breaking down and addressing excess banquet food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain event spaces, including linens, flatware, and glassware.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during events, including delivering bottled wine to tables and clearing the meeting room.
  • Tend to stationary hors d'oeuvres or perform passed hors d'oeuvre service to guests.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Perform pre-event, side work, and post-event tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year serving experience in a restaurant, catering, or banquet capacity preferred.
  • Previous alcohol service training a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
