Call Center Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Call Center Associate to join our team at Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. This individual will be responsible for responding to calls from the public, providing support and resources to those in need, and assisting with data entry and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Call Center Associate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to calls from the public, including calls to our Russian language helpline.
- Providing accurate and timely information and referrals to callers.
- Assessing callers' needs and connecting them with relevant resources and services.
- Entering caller information into electronic tracking databases.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Human Services Associate's degree with social service experience (required), BSW degree (preferred).
- 2+ years of clerical/administrative work experience (preferred).
- Prior work experience in a non-profit environment (preferred).
- Bi-lingual Russian-English (required).
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $45,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, pre-tax commuter benefits, FSA, 403(b) with employer contribution, and generous vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
