**Estimated Salary:** $20-25 per hour
We are searching for a motivated and results-driven Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at QT Communications & Technology. As a representative, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and making calls to clients to understand and address their needs
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients as needed
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
