Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated and compassionate individual who can provide top-notch patient care and support. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to patient calls and addressing their concerns
  • Assisting with registration, scheduling, and insurance-related tasks
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Key requirements include:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
