Call Center Representative

Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated and compassionate individual who can provide top-notch patient care and support. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to patient calls and addressing their concerns
- Assisting with registration, scheduling, and insurance-related tasks
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Key requirements include:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
