Human Resources Director

Xanitos is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Metro Atlanta Region. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Prepare and extend offer letters and employment agreements.
- Provide support to the unit director for constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Review and approve all hourly employee's discipline actions in accordance with company policy.
- Manage employee FMLA and Leave of Absence notification documentation and tracking, as well as benefits administration.
- Manage unemployment claims to ensure timely and proper processing of claims and required hearings.
- Partner with Safety to support Injury and Worker's Compensation cases.
- Maintain working knowledge of all systems including payroll, timekeeping and HRIS.
- Provide first line coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding routine employment issues.
- Conduct necessary investigations, dispute resolution, disciplinary, corrective action, harassment, and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with the administration and processing of merit increase process various incentive/bonus plan payments.
- Prepare and assemble monthly executive and management reports regarding employment data including turnover statistics.
- Provide support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
- Must be bilingual - fluent - able to read, write and speak Spanish.
- Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
