**About the Role**

As an Account Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account managers and producers, including preparing documents, forms, spreadsheets, and presentations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents, forms, spreadsheets, and presentations to support account managers and producers.
  • Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming correspondence and ensure it reaches the right team members.
  • Client Support: Aid in the development and presentation of proposals and quotes for both new business and renewals.
  • Policy Administration: Assist in preparing and verifying policy documentation for account managers and producers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with agency protocols concerning client communications, insurance certificates, policy binders, and cancellation procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance, strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, and a California Property and Casualty license.
