Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, forms, spreadsheets, and presentations to support account managers and producers.
  • Communication Handling: Efficiently handle incoming correspondence and ensure it reaches the right team members.
  • Client Support: Aid in the development and presentation of proposals and quotes for both new business and renewals.
  • Policy Documentation: Assist in preparing and verifying policy documentation for account managers and producers.
  • Compliance Maintenance: Maintain compliance with agency protocols concerning client communications, insurance certificates, policy binders, and cancellation procedures.

Estimated Salary: $58,500 per year.
