Job Overview
Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) is a leading provider of mental health and autism services, dedicated to empowering children and families through specialized behavioral support. As a supportive behavioral specialist in child development, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services that promote positive growth and well-being.

Compensation Package
Our competitive compensation package includes an hourly rate of $20-$23, providing a stable financial foundation for your career. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as 401(k) and Aflac benefits.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing individualized behavioral programs in clients' homes, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Engaging with children in a fun and energetic way, promoting learning and development.
  • Collecting accurate data on client progress, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Collaborating with families to provide a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm for working with children, and strong communication skills. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. We also prioritize reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. Requirements include CPR & First Aid Certification, a valid California drivers license, and reliable transportation. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance, and obtain a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days).
