About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers: Provide administrative support to account managers and producers, including document preparation and communication handling.
  • Develop Proposals: Aid in the development and presentation of proposals and quotes for both new business and renewals.
  • Verify Policy Documents: Assist in preparing and verifying policy documentation for account managers and producers.
  • Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with agency protocols concerning client communications, insurance certificates, policy binders, and cancellation procedures.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
