About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Amergis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations
    • Assess students' cognitive, social, and emotional development
    • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide Support Services
    • Consult with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to identify areas of support
    • Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement behavioral interventions
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Enter information regarding psycho-educational evaluations into CRT
    • Participate in extended IEP team meetings and other procedures as necessary
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
  • Education and Experience
    • Possession of a Master's degree in Psychology is preferred
    • Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations is preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
    • Proficiency in English language
    • Computer proficiency required
Compensation and Benefits

    • The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
