Job Overview

Fairway Lawns, a leading provider of lawn care services in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a skilled Outdoor Property Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $17.50-$20.00 per hour, including average monthly bonus and quarterly team bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the execution of lawn care services to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve lawn care issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements include:

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Department of Agriculture HLT Cat3 Certification, Pesticide License, or ability to pass company-paid exam within 60 days of hire
  • Background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation
  • Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals
