About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Professional to join our team at Moline Investment Management LLC in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Job Responsibilities

As a Property Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning gutters
  • Fixing minor issues, such as leaky faucets and loose door handles
  • Installing new fixtures and appliances
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
