Key Responsibilities

The Service Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing staff to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintaining accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and expenditures
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

This role requires experience in residential property management, with a focus on maintenance and repairs. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are also required.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
