At our Property Management Company, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Apartment Maintenance Professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for performing maintenance tasks and ensuring the upkeep of residential properties in the Rock Hill/Fort Mill area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Possess strong experience in plumbing, including sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
    • Electrical expertise, including replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
    • Carpentry skills, including patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
    • Appliance installation and repair, including W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
  • Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Assist with grounds
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property
  • Reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • EPA - HVAC - CPO certification is preferred
