Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to senior management on new business opportunities and strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and ten (10) or more years of related experience and/or training
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
