- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to senior management on new business opportunities and strategies
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and ten (10) or more years of related experience and/or training
- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
