Job Description
At ARIEL QUINONES MD, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional bedside manner and confidence, with a strong ability to work within a team and take direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered primary medical care to a wide variety of patients in a community setting. Key responsibilities include practicing in accordance with state laws, rules, and regulations, providing primary health care through direct care, consultation, collaboration, coordination, and/or referral, and assessing and treating patients for a variety of chronic and acute conditions. The successful candidate will work alongside our current APN and MD, providing premium care to each and every patient in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Practice in accordance with state laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide primary health care through direct care, consultation, collaboration, coordination, and/or referral.
  • Assess and treat patients for a variety of chronic and acute conditions.
  • Review any and all results from ordered testing.
  • Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
  • Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual [Spanish & English] (Mandatory).
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license.
  • 4+ years clinical experience.
  • Ability to work within a team and take direction.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using EHR/EMR.
