Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on various systems and equipment, including HVAC-R, electronic systems, electrical, air, water, and equipment. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Shift Manager and respond to all General Maintenance service calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document all work performed, including maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance activities and identify trends.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and operate aerial lifts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
