Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaged Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our home accessibility business. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing new referral sources and customers, while ensuring timely completion of work orders and providing exceptional customer education.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with Branch Team Members: Oversee and complete all Access installation projects in a timely manner.
  2. Develop New Referral Sources and Customers: Utilize professional presentation skills to engage local referral sources and medical personnel, while maintaining ethical and legal business practices.
  3. Ensure Timely Completion of Work Orders: Complete home evaluations, enter orders, and document client intake information in a timely manner.
  4. Assist with Work Order Completion: Research components, calculate equipment prices, respond to requests for additional information, and prepare quotes for customers, referral sources, and insurance companies.
  5. Ensure Proper Delivery of Equipment: Coordinate with the Technician or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Provide Customer Education: Ensure proper education occurs regarding equipment use, safety, and financial considerations throughout the process.
  7. Maintain Knowledge and Adhere to Policies: Stay up-to-date on products, services, techniques, and clinical skills necessary to complete responsibilities, while adhering to NSM's policies and procedures.
  8. Support Quarterly Physical Inventory Count: Assist with the quarterly physical inventory count as needed.
  9. Regular and Predictable Attendance: Maintain regular and predictable attendance to meet the demands of the role.
Physical Demands

The Sales Representative must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies

We require a High School Diploma or equivalency certificate, as well as 3+ years of outside sales or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
