Senior Communication Administrator Lead

Job Summary:
The Senior Communication Administrator Lead will be responsible for leading the requirements, roles, and responsibilities of the Parties for the Communications Services provided under this contract. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying communications services hardware and software, including Avaya phone systems and AT&T Toll-free networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed explanations and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for all outages, identifying the impact, source of outage, and preventative measures to prevent future similar outages.
- Provide proactive and reactive Communications Services fraud and security management and reporting.
- Support the design, deployment, engineering, and operation of current and emerging Communications Services, including phone equipment, voice networks, unified messaging, directory listing services, audio and data conferencing, fax services, cable management, call center and IVR services, video services, webcasting and streaming services, digital signage display equipment, and DirecTV.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a relevant field.
- 15 years of relevant field experience.
- Practical skills, experience, and training in designing, configuring, and deploying communications services hardware and software.
- Operations and administration of communication systems.
