Nurse Practitioner for Intermediate Care Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Intermediate Care Float Pool team at Mass General Brigham.
As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intermediate care setting, utilizing your advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license and APRN certification (e.g. NP, CRNA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in an acute care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000.
