About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Care Specialist to join our Intermediate Float Pool team at Mass General Brigham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care within the float pool, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Work collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, preferably with Med/Surg experience, and be able to work variable night shifts. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required for newly licensed nurses.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $93,000 - $123,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
