We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Pool at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU Float Pool, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices, policies, and procedures related to ICU care, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • At least 2 years of experience in ICU settings, preferably with exposure to float pool environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off. Additionally, new full-time employees may earn up to 29 days of PTO annually, and the accrual rate is pro-rated for part-time employees.
