About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care Float Pool at Mass General Brigham. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary: $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

Job Description
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Intermediate Care unit, utilizing strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Med/Surg nursing, with a focus on intermediate care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software.
