Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our front office team across multiple locations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100-120k annually. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and team leadership within the retail sector. Join us in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) across all locations, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, aiming for high conversion rates from inquiries and walk-ins. Promote additional sales of accessories and services to enhance revenue.
  • Supervise customer interactions regarding repairs and returns, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective strategies, while maintaining and improving store ratings on review platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C retail sales, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10 or more.
  • Experience in retail environments, particularly in electronics, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (French or Spanish) is advantageous.
