Customer Service Operations Supervisor

As a Customer Service Operations Supervisor, you will provide comprehensive leadership to the Store Support team. Your role encompasses all facets of daily operations, including cash management, expense oversight, purchasing, merchandising, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and any special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture Associate Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring accountability for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Define and communicate clear expectations to achieve superior standards of retail execution and minimize employee turnover.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership on hiring and separation decisions.
- Ensure effective responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns while maintaining Team Member safety and security standards.
- Foster productive relationships with departmental and store leadership, as well as vendors.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to sustain a high level of knowledge and awareness.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, mutual respect, and high morale.
Job Skills:
- Advanced understanding of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Proficient in regulatory and safety policies and procedures.
- Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills, with a focus on prioritization and delegation.
Experience:
- A minimum of 24 months in retail, including at least 12 months in a leadership capacity.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing or walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to various temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
