Position Summary:

The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the designated area is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes effectively managing returns, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrinkage and damages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional member service by overseeing exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and addressing member needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
  • Manage the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting products and services, and guiding members in utilizing self-service technology.
  • Process transactions, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, in compliance with company policies.
  • Secure and protect company assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity and executing emergency response procedures.
  • Support the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technologies, and program rollouts.
  • Collaborate with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and improve processes.

Compensation:

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00, with potential additional compensation based on specific circumstances.
