Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate to all positions of Production Specialist, including counting products, stacking products on conveyor lines, and monitoring product flow and quality.
- Perform quality checks on products and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
- Push boxes loaded with products through taping machines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Understand and adhere to safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Work overtime as needed and be trained on plant-specific cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, chemical solution strengths, and proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques.
Requirements:
- Must follow plant work standards, high quality, and productivity standards.
- Must maintain regular attendance and meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork and respect.
- Communicate food safety concerns to supervisor/management and accept accountability and responsibility for one's work.
- Confront issues when they arise and demonstrate a willingness to help and support others.
