Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for end users; provide training as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with users and IT personnel to define and refine information systems requirements.
  • Recommend and execute upgrades, patches, and repairs for PCs and peripherals.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers and mobile devices.
  • Assist in the deployment of systems, including applications and networks.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Proficient in diagnosing hardware and software issues across various devices.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
