Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between attorneys and clients via telephone
- Transcribe, format, and disseminate legal documents
- Assist in the preparation of case files
- Coordinate client meetings and special events
- Provide updates to clients regarding their case status
- Act as a liaison for attorneys in communication and information management
- Ensure confidentiality of client information
- Organize and maintain client files and documentation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred background in Legal Studies or a related discipline
- Experience in medical malpractice and nursing home liability is advantageous
- Familiarity with Client Management Software is a plus
- Strong skills in telephone communication, typing, and computer usage
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving capabilities
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
