The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for assisting with various technology and operational initiatives. This includes providing training to end users and supporting the monitoring of security systems and alerts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices and policies that align with organizational requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot a range of complex technical issues faced by end users; provide training as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with users and IT personnel to define and develop specific information system requirements.
  • Recommend and execute improvements, upgrades, and repairs for PCs and peripheral devices.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for various devices including PCs and mobile technology.
  • Assist in the deployment of systems that may encompass applications, databases, and networks.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role or similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
