Position Overview:

Soliant is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school environment. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges, enabling them to reach their communication objectives within an academic framework.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and create tailored treatment strategies for students facing speech and language difficulties.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students, both in one-on-one and group formats.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other school personnel to address student communication requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and track student progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in formulating student objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Illinois.
  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in an educational context.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
