Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and support students in developing their communication abilities. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment for students with diverse speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Create and implement personalized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights on student goals and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; however, Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered.
