Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of school-based professionals in the Lake Park area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing testing and services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and other educational team meetings to discuss students' progress and develop plans for future support
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Proper state licensure and certification
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
