Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Support Specialist I. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of data related to new business, renewals, and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in designated systems for accessibility by others.
  • Update standard reports and comprehend the information presented.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • Manually assess all lines of coverage, including those that are not automated or are infrequently utilized.
  • Gather pertinent information and seek answers to critical inquiries from established sources.
  • Collect feedback and provide recommendations to address moderately complex issues.
  • Utilize knowledge to assist in resolving problems of limited scope and complexity.
  • Consistently adhere to customer experience standards, including prompt responses, maintaining a positive demeanor, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing customer expectations, utilizing appropriate communication channels, and taking ownership to ensure resolution of customer concerns.
  • Regularly engage with other internal departments and team members.
  • Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation range for this position is $27.39 per hour. The base pay offered may vary based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the role's scope and location.
