Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Support Specialist I to contribute to our operations.

The selected candidate will engage in essential data management tasks related to new business entries, policy renewals, and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in designated systems for accessibility by relevant personnel.
  • Generate and update standard reports while demonstrating comprehension of the information.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • Manually assess all coverage lines, including those that are not automated or are infrequently utilized.
  • Proactively seek pertinent information and solutions from established resources.
  • Collect feedback and propose solutions for moderately complex issues.
  • Utilize knowledge to address problems of limited scope and complexity.
  • Consistently uphold our customer service standards by responding promptly, maintaining a positive demeanor, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing customer expectations, and ensuring resolution of issues.
  • Regularly collaborate with other internal departments and team members.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation range for this position is $27.39 per hour. The actual pay offered may vary based on the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the role's scope and location.
