Business Growth Strategist

Strata Talent Solutions is a rapidly growing recruitment agency that partners with emerging companies across Life Sciences, Tech, and Finance. As a commission-only Head of Business Development, you will focus on building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. With direct experience in agency recruiting, you will have the opportunity to grow into VP and Director level roles. This position offers a lucrative commission structure, ranging from $200,000 to $400,000+, in addition to long-term career progression plans. As one of the first 5 employees, you will have autonomy to build the entire BD/Sales function and eventually assemble a BD/Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong business development track record, consistent $1m+ billing history, and the ability to execute successful business development strategies. Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Tech, or Finance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a focused and goal-oriented mindset.
