Strong agency relationships and experience in strategic sales or business development are highly valued. Your expertise in developing strategies to leverage technology and grow the lifetime value of assigned accounts will be instrumental in driving business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships, expanding our customer base, and elevating client utilization of our platform. Your ability to communicate large-scale changes, manage change, and gain buy-in across the organization will be essential in driving success.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, particularly digital and media agencies, to understand their needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with XR Brand Direct sellers, XR Agency Sellers, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts to oversee all aspects of our partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining pipeline and forecasting to meet revenue targets
  • Employing creative pricing strategies, including recurring subscription-based revenue models
  • Supporting the sales process as part of the larger XR sales organization
  • Leveraging existing customer relationships to grow revenue
  • Serving as a customer advocate internally and externally, ensuring alignment of resources to deliver to customer needs
  • Evangelizing XR's enterprise-scale platform, with a specific focus on our digital video product
  • Building relationships with business leaders, functional leads, and internal stakeholders

The salary for this position is estimated to be $115,000 - 180,000 plus commission, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. XR offers a dynamic and multicultural work environment, with teams spread across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
