We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is eager to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively schedule service appointments through outbound outreach and lead management.
- Interact with both service and sales customers to secure future appointments, enhancing client retention and strengthening relationships.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and Service Managers to achieve and exceed team goals.
- Professionally address customer inquiries regarding service tasks, referring them to Service Advisors when appropriate.
- Diligently record and track scheduled appointments using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls and appointments while nurturing customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to a structured work environment, following guidelines and schedules.
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Valuable Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Background in a call center setting is beneficial.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
