Rewards Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a pipeline of prospects, and meeting weekly and monthly sales objectives. If you have a proven track record of success in outside sales and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience cold-calling businesses that have a need for financial and marketing services products
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and finances with prospective clients
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, including the confidence to interact and lead presentations with prospective clients

  • A base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annualized, with an estimated first-year on-target compensation of $125,000+
