As a Construction Manager at Flatiron Construction, you will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards. Your expertise in heavy civil construction and leadership skills will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise project work, ensuring compliance with contract drawings and work methods.
  • Coordinate with field engineers, estimating, and workforce to identify and mitigate production issues.
  • Provide technical input to resolve project risks, including construction methods, work plans, and material requirements.
  • Document daily activities and meeting notes using Company-approved methods.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
  • 5+ years of construction management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (optional).
  • Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification (optional).
