Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate to join our team at Kyyba. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience, with a focus on accounts payable and accounting. They will be highly proficient in MS Office Suites software and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounting duties, including processing invoices and reconciling statements.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, making travel arrangements, and booking conference rooms.
