Job Overview

Ohm Systems seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial models and projections.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification or progress towards certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
