As a vital member of the community, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct services and coordinating comprehensive support for individuals with mental health challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities who encounter the judicial system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting clinical assessments to guide appropriate service referrals
  • Ensuring successful diversion from incarceration when possible
  • Facilitating jail-based treatment services that encompass counseling, education on mental health, budgeting, employment, and goal setting
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling) with one (1) year experience in case management services is required. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of the courts and criminal justice system, as well as expertise in interviewing and supportive counseling principles and techniques.
