Business Development Manager

FrankCrum Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through the full cycle sales of staffing services in an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new general staffing job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Screen prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
- Leverage industry knowledge to determine client needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of FrankCrum Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
- Negotiate and close orders.
- Build and maintain client relationships to achieve work-related goals.
- Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure that accounts sold are consistent with service resources and candidate pool, as well as to market candidates to clients.
- Maintain written documentation of sales and reports activity.
- Focus on results and self-evaluate performance to improve sales results.
- Travel to office and worksite locations of potential and current clients.
Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, verbal, and listening skills, and at least two years of direct business-to-business sales experience, one year of recruiting and/or staffing industry experience, and a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams. Must possess a stellar work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver's license.
