Cybersecurity Career Advancement Program Overview

At Citigroup Inc., we are committed to developing top talent in the cybersecurity and information security fields. Our Cybersecurity Apprentice Program is a two-year rotational program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity at Citi.

**Program Overview**

The program is a cohort-based opportunity that allows new hires to experience different aspects of cybersecurity at Citi. During this program, you will rotate between four teams and spend six months on each to develop a thorough understanding of their work and functions within Citi's cybersecurity ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**

* Rotate between four Cybersecurity teams and spend six months on each
* Participate in weekly cohort calls to develop in leadership and soft skills
* Be adaptable to the different CISO teams and their varied work processes
* Leverage your knowledge of information security concepts and products to complete technical and non-technical responsibilities
* Remain highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to embrace change
* Manage multiple activities in parallel with limited supervision
* Work as a partner and leverage relationships to influence, negotiate and deliver results

**Required Background**

* 1-3 years of cybersecurity, information security, IT, or technology operations experience
* Experience working in a complex corporate environment
* Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
* Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future

**Benefits**

* Competitive salary range: $96,000 - $144,600
