Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, specific hours to be determined.

Weekly wage: £141.90

Role Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you will develop skills in the following areas:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints before escalating to the appropriate team.
- Collaborating with the sales team to prepare equipment sale proposals for finance partners.
- Coordinating transport arrangements and ensuring all documentation is accurately processed.
- Reporting key performance indicators to management within specified timelines.
- Processing orders using our internal systems and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
- Verifying order confirmations and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
- Monitoring the delivery of equipment and ensuring proper stock allocation.
- Ensuring all ordered attachments are available and scheduled for installation.
Skills and Qualifications
No specific prior experience is required; however, the following are desirable:
- Experience in a customer service or sales administration role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Personal Attributes
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic are essential.
Educational Requirements
5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalents, including English and Maths.
Future Opportunities
There is potential for permanent employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, with a salary of approximately £23,000 per annum.
