Job Summary:

The Resource Informatics Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with Cybersecurity experience to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client priorities and projects, working with multiple business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, draft proposals, and develop business cases for the design and implementation of business solutions.
  • Procure technical assistance, review test plans, and monitor the testing process to ensure business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
  • Assist in the selection of vendors for clients in accordance with IT/DT standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS.
  • Proficiency with use case development and presentation.
  • Proficiency with TSA Cybersecurity Directives and NIST Guidelines.
  • Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and/or participate in multiple projects/assignments with medium to high degree of complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business analysis certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Master's degree.
  • Five to Seven years of experience working with project managers to plan business analysis, highlight risks and issues in SAFe/Agile environment.
  • Five to Seven years of experience working with business users to define accurate, meaningful, and measurable business cases, functional requirements, technical requirements, and use cases.
  • Five to Seven years of experience working with the business owners to define acceptance criteria.
  • Five to Seven years of experience partnering with business owners to ensure expectations and requirements are met and managed.
