We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Associate to join our team at Brunswick Corporation. As a key member of our Navico Group Order Management team, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review backlog reporting to ensure orders are being shipped and billed in a timely manner
  • Track order fulfillment progress and proactively communicate exceptions to customers
  • Provide product and pricing availability to customers
  • Maintain and update customer portals/dashboards with order status
  • Answer customer service phone calls, address all inquiries
  • Ability to work and achieve established results with limited supervision
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with internal functional areas on order confirmation, expedites, escalations, and other issues
  • Participate in and/or lead customer meetings providing order status updates
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer service or order management experience
  • Proficient in Excel & Word skills required
  • Oracle or equivalent sales order processing systems experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
