Order Management Associate

As a key member of the Navico Group Order Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to answer customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain assigned customer accounts. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
Review backlog reporting to ensure timely order shipment and billing
Track order fulfillment progress and proactively communicate exceptions to customers
Provide product and pricing availability to customers
Maintain and update customer portals/dashboards with order status
Answer customer service phone calls and address all inquiries
Collaborate with internal functional areas on order confirmation, expedites, and escalations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service or order management experience
Proficient in Excel and Word skills
Oracle or equivalent sales order processing systems experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
