About the Role:
iAnthus Capital Management is a leading multi-state cannabis operator, encompassing cultivation, processing, and retailing. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be part of a patient-centric team, assisting in daily operations and achieving company initiatives. The ideal candidate will maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
- Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
- Assist in qualifying patients for the Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
- Perform general office work, such as filing records and using email
- Provide feedback to management on a timely basis
- Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms and cash handling records
- Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals
- Deliver excellent and compassionate patient services
- Participate in monthly product inventory review
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and lift up to 50 pounds
